I use only the highest quality ingredients, often looking at ways to involve more plant based products in my recipes and to accommodate various dietry requirements. I have listed the cakes which can be Gluten Free (GF) or vegan (V), and am working towards being able to offer more of my flavours like this. Please just ask if you have any specific questions about accommodating your needs. 

Please note while I endeavour to make my cakes allergen free when requested, I work from a kitchen that handles allergens.

Below are my flavours. All of these can be modified to have the exact combination of fillings and elements that you would both like to make it absolutely perfect.

Spiced vegan carrot cake with ‘cream cheese’ frosting and marmalade (V/GF)


Zingy Gluten Free Lemon cake with Swiss meringue and lemon curd buttercream and lime drizzle (V/GF)


Cardamom and almond cake with almond Swiss meringue buttercream and Grandma’s homemade blackcurrant jam


Pina Colada pineapple cake with coconut cream-buttercream and organic jam (V/GF)


Espresso and walnut sponge with Kahua buttercream, vanilla latte syrup and crunchy caramelised walnuts


Rich toffee sponge with thick caramel filling and dark chocolate ganache


Cherry Bakewell cake with moist almond sponge, cherry jam and vanilla-cherry buttercream
